I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you and Channon for overseeing the repairs to our garage following a fire in late September. You and Channon first came to our place on 26th October to introduce yourselves, as well as assess the scope of work that was necessary to repair the damage. You sent us a repair schedule on the 1st of November, outlining the scope of work to be undertaken and by whom - including a work schedule involving the following trades - carpenter, electrician, plasterer, painter, and garage door specialist. The work commenced on the 10th of November and was completed, on schedule, on the 19th of November - with the exception of the garage door that was completed on the 23rd of November. I appreciate the 'behind the scenes' work that you did to secure staff at a busy time of the year, where 'tradies' are hard to come by, and also Channon's work for coordinating things on the ground. The standard of work was exemplary, communications were excellent, and I appreciate the empathy that you both showed to Sue and I, at a stressful time.
